Great beach location and well, equipped room Spent New Year's at this hotel and it was lovely. the beach is just a short walk away with stunning views of the coast. the room was spacious and well, equipped with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. there's a discount grocery store close by, which was a big bonus.

Need transportation to get to town the only downside was the location , it's a bit far from the town center, so you'll need to rent a car or take the bus to get around. the location was great for a relaxing beach vacation, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the town.

We had a very pleasant stay and booked a second night.Excellent staff.Friendly.Good position,near beach.We rented a boat for the day and collected it on the beach 2 minutes from the hotel.We had no car and public transport was available 2 minutes walk from the hotel.Dog friendly also.Upon request we were collected and returned to the ferry.This was complimentary.Lovely gardens with small pool,gym,internet room.Excellent all round.We would certainly return.5 minutes out of Lipari town,but this busy village has everything to offer.

Although I had the idea that it was very close (walking distance) to the town of Lipari (my inability to do my own research efficiently of course), I can definately say that I enjoyed my stay at the residence. The photos really don't do justice for the place and rooms themselves...its actually much warmer to stay in than what is displayed in the photos. Breakfast was very good, staff was very helpful and I will definately return in the near future. also the kitchenette was very efficient...practically everything you will need

the only thing I really didn't appreciate was the amount of noise the staff made whilst cleaning the other rooms. This trip was really aimed at my husband and I getting the rest we desperately needed but after a certain time we had to wake up and find something to do because our sleep was interrupted :(

Great breakfast with lots of options and a beautiful view from the terrace. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating. The location was also convenient for exploring the island, with several restaurants and shops nearby.

The pool was quite small and crowded, which was disappointing. Additionally, the kitchen facilities were rather basic and could have used some more utensils and cookware. while we enjoyed our stay, these issues did detract from our experience.

This hotel was extremely pleasant fantastic facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi and gym with a wonderful view of the sea but just a short distance from the main street/promenade. Will be staying there again very soon. Has lovely independent apartments with the facilities and service of a hotel with breakfast, cleaning service etc.

Not too turistical place, very calm and relaxing area. We come from Palermo, so basically it took all the day to travel there. try to avoid travelling with hydrofoil from Palermo- it takes 5 hours and the sea can become really stormy.

Nice hotel with beautiful pool. Easy acces by bus. Studio are nice for few days. Paola really help us when we need it... Without her, We would miss our boat!

The fan was not working over the stove, so the smell of food stay in the room and they didn't fix it. The beach it's not very nice... For a stay to travel on the other ilands, I think it's better to stay in Lipari.

It is actualy a house with different appartments, all of them with private terrace and a common swimingpool, internet room... It was very clean appartment, we did not use the swimming pool. It is situated next to the bus station that connects Cannetto to Lipari.

The breakfast could be better, I think there were just sweet stuffs...

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, so close to the beach and with a great view of the bay. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, especially Paoula. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The pool is wonderful and there are plenty of terrace areas to relax on. And the breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of options. I had such a great time here, I didn't want to leave!

This place is highly recommended for families.

To many steeps! Reception did not speak English wich resulting in a bit of discussing regarding payment! I asked if we could leave one day earlier, if that was ok! But then I went down to pay later in the afternoon the other receptinst wanted my to pay full price (e.g.g the booking price I made though bookig.com). So in my mind it is not a 4-star appartment hotel when the reception litterly do not speak English. 2-star + is more correct!

Great location near harbor with stunning views of the coast and Stromboli. Clean and quiet beach with colorful fish for snorkeling. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable room with beautiful flowers and landscaping. Friendly and helpful staff, pool, and hot tub available for longer stays.

Nice and clean flat, with all comforts. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the whirl pool a lot, on the sunny terrace...

We have found all we need for good holiday: beautiful appartment with kitchen and nice terrace, good service, comfortable location.
